1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, creating an account, scratching cards, or spinning the wheel on the Mythic Scratch app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue using our services.

2. Eligibility & Account Rules

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use this application and receive reward cashouts.
• Single Account Policy: Each user is permitted only one (1) account per individual and per physical device. Registering duplicate accounts or using automation to manage multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide true and accurate payout information (PayPal, Easypaisa, or Binance Pay) when requesting cashouts.

3. Rewards, Lucky Scratch Cards & Points System

Mythic Scratch offers users opportunities to earn virtual coins and tickets through lucky scratch cards (Phoenix Flame, Griffin's Vault), lucky spin wheel, active $100 to $1,000 cash giveaway pools, and daily streak bonuses:

• Nature of Coins: Virtual coins earned inside the app have no external monetary value until a valid cashout request is submitted and successfully validated.
• Fair Gameplay: Reward coins are credited upon legitimate scratch/spin completion. Any coins obtained via software glitches or exploits are subject to immediate revocation.
• Contests & Giveaways: Giveaway pools ($100 - $1,000) operate on ticket entries and are awarded randomly and transparently to active winners.

4. Cash Withdrawals & Payout Policy

• Minimum Threshold: Users may request a withdrawal once their accumulated coins balance reaches the displayed minimum cashout tier.
• Payout Processing: Cashout requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours following automated security review.
• Payment Details: You are responsible for ensuring your PayPal email, Easypaisa account, or Binance Pay ID is accurate. We are not liable for payouts sent to incorrect recipient accounts provided by the user.

5. Anti-Fraud & Prohibited Activities

To ensure a safe and honest environment for all players and sponsors, we maintain a strict zero-tolerance anti-fraud policy. You agree NEVER to engage in:

• Using VPNs, Proxies, or IP Spoofers to falsify your geographic location.
• Running the app on emulators, virtual machines, or rooted/jailbroken devices configured to manipulate gameplay.
• Using bots, auto-clickers, macro scripts, or automated software.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches for unearned coins or tickets.

6. Intellectual Property

All game graphics, code, branding, and interfaces in Mythic Scratch are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of our platform.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• "As Is" Service: Mythic Scratch is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
• Casual Rewards: The app is designed for casual entertainment and does not represent fixed employment or guaranteed income.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the app signifies acceptance of updated terms.
